This kit includes both optics necessary for the GentleLASE Plus Slider (12/15/18mm) These are the delivery optics located in the slider barrel, as specified by Candela.

Slider Barrel housing NOT included.

These optics require installation by a qualified service professional.

Field Service personnel can install these lenses (2 ea.) according to the documented Candela procedures.
